About me

Hi! I’m Abner, a game designer from Los Angeles California, I graduated of the University of California Santa Cruz in 2024 with a Bachelors in Computer Science, Game Design . Video games have been a central part of my life since I was old enough to hold my first game controller and that always pushed me to one day want to make games of my own.

Here I have posted some of the projects I have worked on: one of which was Through the Fog, where I was the production lead and is actively published on Steam. I always follow game media and news and admire all of the hard work that developers do to produce some of my favorite games.

Currently I am working on a game in Unreal Engine 5 called:
LockxJump, and I have posted multiple updates on my process here on my blog.

I am a people person and I love getting the opportunity to meet more people who work in the game industry and learn from them. Tackling challenges head-on and contributing with teams to come up with inventive solutions is something I pride myself on. My favorite part of game development is polishing games and creating new and fun experiences for all players.
